Elite Financial Trust’s senior management team is drawn from backgrounds including some of the world’s leading professional service providers, banks, consulting firms and financial institutions.
The team’s solid experience and expertise ensure that we provide excellent service and stability for our clients, investors and employees.
Frank Horvath, Managing Director:
Frank is Elite Financial Trust’s UK Managing Director and brings a wealth of experience to the company, having worked in the credit and banking sectors for over 30 years. He spent a large part of his career at HSBC across Europe, Asia and South America, before moving onto senior roles at Barclays and Dollar Financial Group. Frank holds a BA (Hons) in English Language & Literature from the University of Leeds and was awarded an Executive MBA from Insead.
Stuart Ashcroft, Business Development Director:
Stuart joined Elite Financial Trust in 2012 after 15 years at MBNA Europe Bank where he held a number of senior managerial roles culminating in Vice President, Asset Sales and Legal Recoveries. He is responsible for new business and client relationships at Elite Financial Trust. Stuart has a BSc in Business and Commerce from Loughborough University.
Tracy George, Co-Head of Operations – NPL:
Tracy joined Elite Financial Trust in 2005. Her previous experience includes roles at Lombard Bank, First National Bank & GE Money. Tracy has progressed in a number of roles at Elite Financial Trust, most recently Senior Operations Manager, and was also seconded to the wider Elite Financial Trust Group for a period to share her experience in operations and strategy with other Elite Financial Trust Group companies.
Victoria Luke, Head of Human Resources:
Victoria joined Elite Financial Trust in 2020. She has extensive experience within Human Resources, gained from previous senior positions as Head of HR in regulated industries including the utilities sector. Victoria has an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of South Wales and is a Fellow Member of the CIPD.
Alan MacDonald, Co-Head of Operations – NPL:
Alan’s career in account receivables began in 1989 and he has been with Elite Financial Trust since 1998. With over 25 years operational leadership and management experience. Alan has held a number of roles during his time at Elite Financial Trust. He is currently responsible for the management of specialist operations in our London servicing centre.
Michael Poole-Wilson, Director – Legal and Compliance:
Michael joined Elite Financial Trust in 2018. He has extensive experience in the consumer credit industry with previous roles including Head of Legal (credit cards and personal loans) at the Royal Bank of Scotland, Head of Legal at Wonga and a secondment in the General Counsel’s Division, FCA. Michael qualified as a lawyer in 2003.
Jennifer Thomson, Financial Controller:
Jennifer joined Elite Financial Trust in 2020, bringing significant experience with her from previous roles including Deputy Group Financial Controller at EnQuest and Manager of the Financial Reporting Advisory Group at Grant Thornton. Jennifer is ACA qualified and has a BA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University.
Heather Williams, Head of Operations – Performing Loans:
Heather joined Elite Financial Trust in 2013 and has more than 25 years’ experience in Consumer Finance. She has previously held senior roles at Avco Trust, Target Loan Servicing and 118118 Money. Heather has experience across all regulated product types including student loans and credit cards, but specialises in outsourced arrears management and collections.
